Monaghan County Childcare Committee was established in January 2001 as part of the Government’s National Childcare Policy to develop childcare services at local level. We aim to increase both the supply and quality of childcare services based on an analysis of need within the county.

Mission Statement

Monaghan County Childcare Committee promotes the development and delivery of accessible and affordable high quality early childhood care and education services which assist the overall developmental needs of children and supports parents and childcare service providers throughout County Monaghan.
All Children will have access to quality early childhood care and education through a variety of child friendly services.
